[spoiler]Also sorry to rain out this party but more spoiler pics were released showing Sasuke backfire it on Itachi. Afterwards there both apperantly standing there staring at each other both of them have there eyes. So looks like nobody really lost anything. And the end of the chapter Itachi starts to make a hand sign...God I hope this translate fast. EDIT: Itachi seems to have lost his left eye. [/spoiler]

Those spoiler pics were a tsukyomi genjutsu. Sasuke still has both eyes apparently.

it's about ability..sasuke's ability is greater than itachi imagined possible

SAsuke: Like I said no matter how much you use those eyes, my hatred will turn the illusions in to reality.
イタチ「フッ...　幻は現実になる....か」
itachi: hrmph...illusion into reality..is it?
イタチ「それこそその台詞....そのまま返しておこう」
itachi: I'll say the same straight back at you
サスケ「.........」
イタチ「さっきの”月読”で己の眼がもがれる幻は見ただろう.......」
itachi: I just showed you the tsukuyomi illusion of your eyes being taken.
イタチ「ならばそれを現実にしてやる」
itachi: now I'll make it real.

Zetsu: Itachi's mood has changed

Looks like he's getting serious...that means
「アノ”天照”ガ見レルカモ知レンゾ」

Well, I'm sure you remember Sasuke was stopped by Orochimaru before casting his ultimate Lighting jutsu. As we know Amatarsu is an extremely powerful fire jutsu. Since Fire and Lighting aren't beside each other on the Elemental Wheel, its safe to assume tat those attacks will be equal. After that, I'm not sure as to what will happen...

Question:

If Sasuke's two element affinities are Lightning and Fire....

What's Itachi's, other than fire?

I'm also assuming that each eye of the MS carries a jutsu that fits their affinity.

Water, we've seen Itachi cast one water jutsu. If memory serves, it was in Naruto Episode 84.

The episodes create extra Jutsu's, so it needs to be from the Manga. I think its Void, if any of you know it.

Yay looks like the genjutsu fight will change into a ninjutsu fight hopefully. Itachi could be fire and water. It's possible. I hope he will reveal it in the next chapter though.
