I like most things about the community. I feel we are so much more than a 'Naruto' forum, a large hub of our activity being the Spam/Forum Games. Really, you're not in Jounin Elite until your an S/FG whore. I like that we have a small community, also. Some other stuff I enjoy are:

That everyone's very welcoming.
That there aren't too many people and there aren't too few people.
The personalities of all the different people here, without exception.
The sense of humor.

I don't like the imbalance of ages among the members. (Can't get everything in life. :P)I hate that we don't have a new skin for the new year...but its ok...

Dislikes: Nothing so far.

Jounin Elite isn't a group of Rpers and Naruto fans, its more of a Family based on fun and jokes. Our community isn't like any other, who wants thousands of members, we prefer friendship and good times over that. I love the differences in age and particular likings between each member which makes it a much more diverse community, and also a unique one. There is no bad side to this forum, just good times.

Likes: It's been kept alive for more than two years, and as an added bonus, founding/managing it was something to put on my extracurricular activities list for college apps. I've made a bunch of friends with this thing, as well as a couple hilarious enemies :P.

Likes: The members - collest people on Earth. Really fun and always there for a good laugh. I completely agree with Sensi: Forums who try to gain loads and loads of members can be really annoying sometimes. Everyone just thinks about themselves and there barely is anything interesting to talk about. But here it's different; you just gotta love the members (*cough*JE*cough*).

Dislikes: Just a suggestion really... To avoid my idiotic sister bumping old topics, you might just as well close them. People can read through them but they can't reply... avoids stupid sisters to cause too much trouble XD Oh... and I also dislike the fact that girl-power gets underestimated here. Dudes, just why are you som mean to Sakuya? :lol: :P

Like: This is one of few forums that's made it for 2 years, actively. I mean, the very first forum I went to is completely dead, except that people still join because there are alot of loyal members around >>

I like how I've gotten the opportunity to watch the forum grow from the day it started to matter to today.
I like the way the staff handle issues.

I dont like some topics that are a bit too deppressing, but thats not too bad.
