Ok most of you extreme gamers like myself will see this topic and say "Not another one" but I truly believe that this one is vastly improved from the other ones. I looked into some videos about this game and I think you should give it a try. For more info you can look at IGN or any other gaming site and you could possibly just come to me for character info or things of that sort.

Zhou Yu and Ma Chao FTW!

QUOTE
This installment varies greatly from past games in the series. The player is able to make their character swim, climb, control rowboats, destroy walls, and pull off "unlimited combos" with the use of the new "renbu" system.[6] Dynasty Warriors 6 is for 1 to 2 players.

Dueling from Dynasty Warriors 4 returns, but this go-around will be quite different from the earlier installment. Duels will take place on the battlefield and the nearby soldiers will circle around the two fighters, instead of the duel taking place on a suddenly appearing plain. The A.I. is also enhanced: enemies are able to adapt to the players actions, i.e. if the player continually attacks enemies from behind, they will adapt to this and attempt to avoid the player's attacks. Wild animals such as wolves and tigers are also in the game, and can attack the character or on some occasions, become allies. Sneak attacks and ambushes are implemented, as well as the increased importance of strongholds.

Seriously, it's f---ing Dynasty Warriors. A decent enough flavor of hack and slash I suppose, but it's certainly not worth 60 dollars. C'mon Jin, you should know not to be suckered into manufactured hype like this -__-

It is a hack-and-slash type game but in the recent edition theres more moves and millions of different ways to do them. It's confusing but I will buy this game, plus, it'll pass time.

Ma Chao and Fu Xi own! :P I have been playing a lot recently. Might buy it, not sure yet. I'm going to ask a few friend to try the game out and find out if it's good. My decision will be made then.
