1. Pein gives Konan a bubble bath.
2. Pein gives the normal bad-guy speech, "I'm gonna conquer the world."
3. Jiraya, preforms his uber kick-ass introduction, then falls of his frog. :P

Actually it was a VERY important chapter.

His name is PAIN not PEIN you people need to realize that. He used the word "Pain" one million times in this chapter. It's his name, that's why he's emphasizing the word.
He also gave out the plans of Akatsuki and why he's collecting the tailed beasts.
[spoiler]Using the Beast will create a forbidden jutsu that can eradicate and entire country[/spoiler]
And I just have one thing to say overall. If Jiraiya dies then I will lose ALL faith in Kishimoto. I mean at least talk Pain out of it. Or something along those lines.
All I have to say about this chapter is, "WTF A CHAMELEON?!"
