As you guys know, one of the suggestions is a new staff member or two. However, we are currently a little over staff right now, so here's what we do:

1. You vote for up to 6 people in the staff listed in this poll. The 6 staff with the most votes will remain as staff (This will mean 7 staff members. My name isn't on the list because of principle.)

2. At the anniversary, the afformentioned winners remain staff, while the other three are made into Retired Staff. (Don't kill me yet.)

3. At that time, we will add one or two staff. The first staff member will be chosen by a popular vote. Anyone can apply for this vote.

4. If (and we probably will) decide to add at least one more staff member, the staff will meet, and discuss all possible members, even Retired Staff.

I'm hoping that this doesn't cause anyone to kill me.
