This is a thread for everybody that wants some new music to listen to, but doesn't know of any good bands. Just say what genres in general you like and maybe a few bands.

I like some Alternative stuff... And if anybody has heard of Modest Mouse, know any other good bands that are similar to them?

I need something new to listen to. I like modern alternative and modern rock, like Foo Fighters or Goo Goo Dolls or The White Stripes.
Any suggestions?
