It's Kamineko! Not such a great render, but it's usable. I was trying to make a sig with it a couple minutes ago, and I was able to make it repeat itself fairly easily. you'd have to do a tiny bit of work with the brush tool to do it, but it's easy. Didn't finish the sig though, I didn't like my background or effects or anything :P.
