With the new skin comes a new banner contest! Your job is simple. Create a possible banner for the new look. The only requirements are that you include Kakashi, and that the dimensions are 950x200.

Sensi Karate yours is too small the reason the size was change is becuase the smaller banner was causing image bugs i beleive. its meant to be 950 by 200

I changed the Banner, so it's actually 950x200, but the 50 part of it, is actually Transparent. :P Also, I found out that Photobucket was resizing the Banner. :P
