I think Naruto. Tite Kubo has a way of drawing things out a bit more I think. It's just the anime that goes fast.

I say Bleach because Kishimoto-sensei REALLY keeps things going with the Manga. And there is a lot of plots that need to be worked out. Like what's going to happen to Itachi and the rest of Akatsuki. Who's the Akatsuki leader? Who is going to end up together? It's always like that in Animes so don't say that there will be no pairings.
