Title: Name Changing

Ok, well, we've gotten to the point that a name has requested a changing. I did that part, and now, I'm gonna set up some rules so that it doesn't get out of hand.
1. Name changing may take place every 50 days. Any request before your 50 days are up will get 25 posts removed from your post count.
To remember that, it is advised that you remember when you last got your name changed.
