Well everone has their own opinion so I can't argue...

I'd say Kiba, I don't like his jutsus and he worries about Akamaru too much making him vulnerable.

Sasuke. Reasons:

1) He was a jerk to Sakura no matter how nice she was to him.
2) He left for 'power' when all he was doing was basically becoming evil just like his brother.
3) He nearly killed Naruto when Naruto was just trying to make him see the truth.

Chouji. I hate him. 'Cept during his fight with Jirbouchi (The sound 4 guy) He kicked ass there.
