Arab 11/17/05 // Truthfully guys I'm not very good at running a site on my own. I need a co admin, but I have trust issues when it's my own site. I find that I co own more sites/co admin then anything. I just don't have the patience to keep a site going alone =/ I'm much better off working with someone..I've got all the stuff for the site done and yeah ._o So I think I dunno. I'll try and find a friend to co own the site with me, but if I fail then the site will prolly close. Sorry. 11/11/05 // The wolves are moving, but slowly. With the spring rains here maybe a pack will form with all the wolves crowded up on one hill top. Keep your fingers crossed.

John's Naval
John's Naval is a hill on the outer edge of the Valley. On top of that hill the earth crumbled and sank in just enough to be considered a hole. Why this hill was named after someone named John it's hard to say, but it speaks truly. Here is where new wolves will be expected to come first. There is not law stating they have to, but if you wanted to get a head start in the game we recommend good ol' Johnny's Naval to get you there.

Mother's Nipple
Seriously who comes up with these names? Well Mother's Nipple is no hill, but a mountain. There is only one mountain peak in Dead Tree and it happens to be just outside the pack lands completely opposite John's Naval. It's really more the natural fall that erupts from the mountain that interest wolves to come here. The mountain itself is more of a background picture and not to be taken into role-play consideration. Just stick with the waterfall in all its strange glory. The waterfall empties into a creek and it's this creek that floods the valley year after year.

Splitting Headache
The only high grounds anywhere near the valley. This piece of earth was once called Snoring Father, but was later renamed due to circumstance out of the wolf’s control. When the valley floods all the packs are forced to live together side by side and in cramped conditions (if this can really be considered cramped!), until the valley drains. The valley floods in the spring and by fall everything is dry again. Unfortunately these grounds can be hazardous to pups and enemies. Watch your back.

Yew Rock
Yew Rock is a a semi flat, but rocky terrain where fights takes place. Of course when no one is fighting the place can be quite homey and a great spot to sunbathe. Yew Rock is right next door to the Ba Baa lands. So yes unfortunately Yew Rock can be crawling with mountain goats. Fighters beware you might just get interrupted frequently depending on the season.

Log Forest
Log Forest borders the crippled tree that these lands in general where named. The Log Forest is a collection of trees still standing, but mostly of the uprooted and rotting logs pulled up when the creek over flows each spring. Since some trees still hold firm the once floating logs all collected here. The forest is great for hiding, but the logs never seem to stay put for long.

Crippled Old Man
In the very heart, the lowest of low spots of the valley, stands a crippled white tree. The tree is fatter then tall and each year it disappears into the creek's wrath and each year it is still there when the valley drains. No one is sure what makes the tree's roots so strong, because in all fairness the tree is believed to be dead. It grows no leaves or flowers no matter how rich the grass grows around it or how plentiful the water the tree just doesn't budge. Lifeless and stained white from the constant battery brought on by the creek. The bark has been completely stripped. The lands surroundings this great tree is full of life. It's the most open point with the available lands to claim, but the quickest to flood and the slowest to drain.

Trembling Earth
The mud flats are also what Trembling Earth is called. The ground is constantly saturated and boggy here. The name Trembling Earth does not mean earthquakes, but sink holes. The grounds are full of them. Under water creeks form tunnels just under the surface and every so often the ground gives way. The holes average about 2 feet deep, but have been recorded to be over 10 feet. Trembling Earth is one big playground. The earth is foggy and spooky throughout the night and into the morning hours, but during the day it's one big beauty shower. That is the rumor anyways, that the mud is good for the skin or has natural healing abilities.

Ba Bar
The wolves ran out of creative names and this is the most normal piece of land in the Valley. It borders just about all the other named lands and it carries all the basic essentials. The creek makes an appearance, but the creek also borders just about everything. Here a forest still stands and it is also these lands that dry the fastest. Ba Bar falls in Mother's Nipple's shadow and so the ground is slightly rocky and higher then most of the valley. It's perfect right? Ha ha wrong. Ba Bar, unfortunately, is home to some very nasty mountain goats. Baaa. No worries the goats only inhabit this area during fall and winter.
