Chapter 5

Alan had planned to kidnap Carrie during her trip with Lucas, but luckily John had found out that Alan was dangerous criminal and that he had already raped two other woman. Carrie was shocked to find out that Alan was now in jail, but the same time she was relieved.

She and Lucas went to the Green Mountain Lodge as they had planned.

Carrie was surprised. Lucas had decorated to room with candles and rose petals.

Carrie: "Lucas I don't know what to say. It's so beautiful in here."

Lucas: "I hoped you'd like it. I just want this to be very special night for both of us."

Carrie: "I love it. And I love you." And they kissed.

Lucas: "I just wish we could forget about Alan, at least one weekend. I just want to make you happy."

Carrie: "Well that wouldn't be hard. I'm alone in such a beautiful place with the most romantic guy in the whole world. And you've already made me happy. You've always been so good to me."

Lucas: "Well I don't know about that...if I had known about Alan right from the beginning. I just feel quilty that I had no idea what kind of monster he was...-"

Carrie: "Lucas, please don't blame yourself. I don't blame you either, no one doesn't blame you. How could you know about Alan when we others didin't know either. I just don't want to talk about him. And you said yourself that we should forget about him. So let's do it. I just want to think about us." And she kissed him.

Lucas: "Sorry that I brought him up. The last thing I want to do is upset you. This night is just about you and me"

Carrie smiled: "That's right."

Lucas: "What would you say if I get some champagne for us and you'll make yourself comfortable."

Carrie smiled: "Sounds like a plan for me." She went to the bathroom for change clothes."

When she came back Lucas was speechles. She wore white neglage with long sleeves which was perfect for her.

Lucas: "Wow, when I said you should make yourself comfortable I had no idea...-"

Carrie: "You don't like it...I'm sorry Lucas, I thought that...-"

Lucas took her in his arms: "Hey, I didn't meant it that way. I was just a little surprised. I just want you to know that there is no rush for us to take the next step. I don't want you to feel that you have to do this.

Carrie: "I don't feel that way Lucas, you don't have to be afraid of that. I have thought about this lately and I think I'm ready. I want us to be together forever."

Lucas smiled: "I want that too, my beauty." He kissed her. "I just want you to know that we don't have to do anything you don't want to do."

Carrie: "I want you, and only you." They kissed and Lucas scoop her up and carried her to the bed.

Lucas: "You are so beautiful. I love you so much."

Carrie smiled: "I love you too Lucas."

Their clothes flew to the floor one after one. As they made love the rest of the world was there somewhere outside far away from them.
