I ran an Invision board (in fact multiple) here on Invisionfree without any success, and I never found any option for custom user titles.

Perhaps I was too lenient when running my own boards?

It's kinda easy...
Admin CP >System Settings > User Profiles> Number of posts a member must have over before allowing them to change their member title?
Leave blank to disable completely [box to put number in]
To change it, just go to your profile.

Put one in there and it'll be easy~
