Foyer The great doors to the mansion open up into a large foyer. Marble floors make the large room echo when no one else is in there. A few pictures of the previous headmasters hand on the walls to greet visitors.
Sitting Room The alternative to eating within the formal dining room is the wonderful the informal living room of the Xavier mansion. Here is where students, staff, and all the like may loiter and play without regard of much of anything. Here one may find various board-games, state-of-the-art televisions, sound systems, and table-top games. Just a few steps down from here, one may find the book-storage, where older materials are stored away for the sake of archival.
Kitchen Heading West, one can not help but notice the giant-sized kitchen that encompasses a large perimeter of the area. It's sheer size should come as no surprise, as it bares the sole responsibility of serving a school, and all who exist there. The Several hanging cabinets that line every wall are heavily populated with a number of teas, spices, and snack-foods. Along with that, a large walk-in refrigerator-and-freezer of European design can be found on the Eastern wall, being just one of the many stylishly placed appliances of the kitchen. Much like the formal living room, the access to the musical ambience can be found here. Also note that this room leads directly into the Formal Dining Room.
Dining Room Past the kitchen rests the uncanny dining room which is amazingly spacious. This room is quite large, as a matter of fact. So very large that it can hold a lionshare of the students at this mansion under minimal strain. Like many of the other formal areas at the Xavier estate, one may note the sensetivity of the many fine pieces of artwork that hold their place here. As always, if one does not conduct themselves in an orderly fashion in this area, they will be immediately subjected to detention of the worst manner.

Library If one strides eastward, they will find themselves immediately immersed in a flurry of amazing literature, and media. Of all the libraries in New York State, this ever-encompassing paramount of literature seems to be one of the largest in the country. Not only this, but it is possibly the most lavish. At it's northern wall is the burning fireplace with it's ever-changing hanging portrait. Furniture is strewn throughout the rest of the room, along with several stylish decorations, and viewports. Classes are held here often, but regardless of that fact, the staff generally requests that one respects their peers, and keep a calm, quiet demeanor.
Administrative Offices Administrative Offices are located in the East Wing. These offices include those of the Headmaster - Scott Summers, Headmistress - Emma Frost, and the Registrar and Guidance Counciler - Kathrine Pryde.
Classrooms Heading down the Eastern Quadrant, one may find many classrooms lacing the finely decorated hallways. From desks, to large university rows, classrooms can be amazingly large, and diverse. That, however, is not the true wonder. Within these rooms, willing teachers educate their students in nearly every spectrum of their lives. From Ethics, to the logistics of mutant power, these classes hold precious knowledge. A listing of who teaches what can be found both here, and in the rosters forum.

Garage Far past all rooms, and such, lies the Parking Garage. Here lies the many vehicles that the Xavier body uses on a regular basis. While Faculty, and X Men are free to use any vehicle, at any time they please, students are required to seek permission from their superiors. Also, only licensced drivers are permitted access to these autos, unless instructed otherwise.

Swiming Pool This large swimming pool is perfect for swiming laps, of just goofing around in. It is inside the building so that students may use it even when it is snowing outside. However, quite a bit of sun(if it's out), as the whole ceiling is made up of sky lights, and the majoraty of the walls are windows.
Computer Laboratory South of the Library, one can find the main computer laboratory. State-of-the-art computer units line the walls, with proper seating, along with a centeer islet of lesser computers. Several peripherals are available in the lab, and students are welcome to utilize them so long as they have the permission of staff. Please note that these computers are meant for school-related access, and networking, only. We ask that you avoid playing video games, or viewing pornography. Those caught doing so shall be immediately punished.
Squad Meeting Rooms Rooms arranged for Student squads to meet. About the size of the average bedroom -- with a singular desk at the front of the room, and several chairs and such for sitting. Students may decorate these rooms as they please, for the sake of 'team spirit'.
Student Common Room Between both dorm sections is a small area with two couches, three chairs, a few end tables and a fireplace, as well as windows to look outside.
Male Student Dormatories On the Upper-Eastern area of the Xavier Estate lies the comfortable, though humble chambers meant solely for the male students. Female Students are not to visit this area, and if found for doing so, all parties will be punished. Rooms are generally arranged for doubles, though under special circumstances may the staff allow for singles, or triples.
Students are permitted to furnish and decorate their rooms to suit their individual tastes.
Female Student Dormatories On the Upper-Western area of the Xavier Estate lies the comfortable, though humble chambers meant solely for the female students. Male Students are not to visit this area, and if found for doing so, all parties will be punished. Rooms are generally arranged for doubles, though under special circumstances may the staff allow for singles, or triples.
Students are permitted to furnish and decorate their rooms to suit their individual tastes.
Laundry Room This laundry room has eight washers and eight dryers. If all are full, you'd just simply have to wait your turn. There are cupboards to keep laundry detergent in, and tables to fold your laundry on.

Recreation Room Also known as the rec room. There's foosball, pool, chess, as well as a large TV. Oh, and various plush couches and bean bags, as well as a couple coffee tables.
Faculty Lounge Only under special circumstances are students allowed. Casually, this is where the illustrious instructors at the Xavier academy conduct business, and generally exist--albeit more casually. In lazier times, this is where our staff spends their prep. Three love-seats are arranged in a triangular fashion, surrounding a coffee table which is properly outfitted with a planted vase. A single television hangs from a mechanical unit on the top-left corner, and several vending machines (along with a refrigerator) rest as fixtures here. Also, the coveted coffee machine--which Emma Frost has seemingly commandeered--can be found here.
Faculty Quarters Located in the upper-central area of the Xavier estate rests the lavish, comfortable chambers belonging to the staff, and X-Men. Much unlike the students, couples and such may share rooms to their hearts content, so long as they do not disrupt the comfort of those living within the household.
As always, one is permitted to furnish and decorate their rooms to suit their individual tastes.

Boarders Quarters Located in the upper-central area of the Xavier estate rests the lavish, comfortable chambers belonging to those who temporarily reside in the X-Mansion, until they can figure out what they plan to do. Much unlike the students, couples and such may share rooms to their hearts content, so long as they do not disrupt the comfort of those living within the household.
As always, one is permitted to furnish and decorate their rooms to suit their individual tastes.
X-Jet Hangar Strangely, the X-Wing hangar is located on the first floor of the sub-basement. Situated just a mile away from the central mansion is an underground runway. Over 300 yards long, this area is quite suitable for short take-off, and landing aircrafts. Even so, the X-Wing's can simply take off vertically. Note that this area is equipped with tractor beams which can guide the aircrafst of invited guests, or force the airfracts of those unexpected away. This is located beneath a basketball court which opens up to reveal lower levels.

Medical Facility Heading into the Laboratory Quadrant of the Sub-Basement, one can find the advanced medical systems of the Estate. Once little more than a minor surgical area--albeit fit for mutant needs--this area of the mansion has one of the most advanced medical facilities to be found on Earth. Thanks to the Shi'arian Artificial Intelligence, and the cutting edge programs, this laboratory --even on it's own--can diagnose and treat both physical, and psi-related problems.

Laboratory Within the Laboratory quadrant lies an area of pure science. From the discovery of cures to diseases, to the perfection of 'unstable molecular structures', this laboratory can do nearly everything. Rumor has it that this is the area most frequented by Beast--and thus, this is also the location of his private office.
War Room Information on a global scale is collected by computers throughout the Xavier institute. This area, however, is where all information is left for users to see. Located on the same level as the Danger Cave, these computers scan for specified date that may be important to the X-Men. Within can be found several stations--namely the Combat Operations Center (COC), Full-system analysis computers, Defense Coordination position and screen (DCP), World/TAC display, and the annotation terminal.

Danger Room On the second floor of the sub-basement levels, lies the astonishing Danger Roon. Though recently rendered inactive by the sentient being known as 'Danger', a special student has managed to replace it with a slightly better 'upgrade'. This updated Danger Room has the ability to generate room-filling 128-bit colour images at 500gb per second. Condensed laser-light allows this area to replicate any situation--even 'alien worlds'!
Cerebra Located on the second floor of the sub-basement is one of the highest achievements in recent technology. While formerly the site of the high-tech mutant catalog, Cerebro, this area has now been completely replaced with a significantly more powerful dome known as Cerebra. This singular machine can sharpen any psychic's power to the tenth power, in effect rendering the globally omnipresent. Within the machine appears a sparkling fog which allows the users to easily view their tasks.

Detainment Center From time, to time, the X-Men are reluctantly forced to capture mutants and detain them against their will. Located on the second-floor of the sub-basement, for safety reasons, these cells are outfitted with restraint-walls made of hard-laser light, a bed, a sink, and a toilet.
Mansion Courtyard Set in front of the school, the newly redesigned courtyard serves as a place of tranquil socialization for the denizens of the Estate. With lavish, relaxing tones, and a memorial to the beautiful Phoenix, one may find themselves feeling quite comfortable in this area of the school.

Outdoor Training Area Not all training is done in the Danger Room. This is a big field for various activities such as running, yoga, pilates, and martial arts. Train with a friend, your squad, or alone.
Basketball Court A popular hangout for those who love to play or watch basketball. On students days off, you are almost always guarunteed to see people playing on the court.

Botanical Gardens Heading westward from the mansion, one may find the highly-supported Botanical quadrant of the Xavier state. While it is quite large, the support of automated Intelligent robotics proves to be more than enough care for the plants that live there. The perimeter is divided into two sects--one being the Biodiverse gardens, filled with various plants from throughout the world--then, there is the japanese garden area. This particular area contains plants generally indiginous to asia, arranged in a fashion seen most often in old-Japan.
Backyard At the start of the backyard is a cozy patio which is a popular spot for summer cook-offs and kickback parties. A large, grassy field used for sports and such follows, and soon after, a coniferous forest. If one travels far enough, they can find the water source of Water's edge--a freshwater lake.
Salem Many of the richer families live in Salem Center. There are several well owned businesses and shops located here. And because this is the closest city to the mansion, this is where most of the X-Men and students go for their shopping.
New York City A very very large city with shops, orginizations, activities, and resturants. However, their is also, unfortunately, a lot of crime here as well. So be careful.

Ground Floor - Living Areas Not quite as neat as the Xavier Mansion, but definitely well kept-after by the 'grunts' of the Brotherhood, the Magneto Estate Kitchen and Living Areas are always well stocked with food and alcohol.

Ground Floor - The Twins' Office Since the departure of their father, Wanda and Pietro have taken over his office as their base of operations, using the room to plan their next moves. They left the office exactly as Magneto had it, with a large iron desk, and a few iron chairs... not much else.

Basement - Gym and Training Room Unable to steal the technology of the Danger Room, the Brotherhood must do with the use of a full Gymnasium and Training Room in order to prep themselves for battle. This area includes a shooting range for those who need to train their guns, or just feel like blowing off a little steam.

First Floor - Meeting Room This is a meeting hall in the Brotherhood's HQ. It contains a long metal table, suitably matched with metal chairs. Scarlet Witch's and Quicksilver's "thrones" sits at the head and foot of the table, where they conduct business amongst fellow mutants who follow Magneto's credo.
Mansion Grounds A long, slopping drive winds up from the security gates to the gentle steps leading to the rich, heavy oak door separating the HellFire Club from the rabble outside. The lush, green grass and carefully trimmed flora accentuate not only the drive, but the spectacular view from atop the Club's hill overlooking England. Extravagent luxuries line the Club's periphery, as they do the foyer where attendents stand ready to welcome you to your home away from home.

Ground Floor - Dining Hall and Kitchen Capable of holding a large, traditional dining table, or allowing access to a discretely placed full bar, any and all dining needs can be met while admiring the view during the day, or cloistering themselves in from prying eyes at night. The kitchen, itself, is just as flexible in its ability to craft some of the most exquisite delicacies known on the planet; constantly refurbished with the latest means of culinary perfection, the on-staff chefs here know no bounds.

Second Floor - Guest Rooms and Suites Set on the second floor, and continuing the extravagant tastes of the rich and powerful, these Suites are capable of housing people from any culture, across the face of the planet in the most familiar and comfortable surroundings imaginable. Similiarly, the view is to die for on either face of the Club, stretching as far as the eye can see. Those who aren't a part of the inner circle stay in small guest rooms, which are still fairly tasteful.

Third Floor - Inner Circle Chamber Hidden from the world, and unknown to even the Hellfire Club, the Inner Circle is a shadow that moves unchecked, stretching its influence across the globe, and making puppets of those around it. Its members are named after the pieces of a chess board, and as they twist the gears of the world, so too do they plot and scheme against eachother...
Base Exterior Situated in the far reaches of Nevada, the facility is surrounded by uninhabited desert. Should anyone happen upon it, they would see what appeared to be an old army base, an abandoned compound that hasn't seen any signs of life within it's barbed wire and electrified fences in years.

The Directors Office Accessible via underground passageways from the interior of the old compound, the first and foremost area in the Raptor Base is the Director's Office. Cafeteria Reminiscent of it's upstairs counterpart, the underground mess hall is where the members of Raptors go to eat, and make a mess. Long trestle tables with bench seats fill the room, running along the length of the large hall.
